Yes — nearly all suites feature fully equipped kitchens with appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Smaller Guest Room units include a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sink and dishes.

Bighorn Meadows Resort features a seasonal outdoor pool (open from the May long weekend to Thanksgiving weekend), two outdoor hot tubs, a fitness room, and meeting space for up to 40 guests.

Guests must be 19 years of age and have a valid credit card to make a reservation. The same credit card is required at check-in. A deposit is required for every booking when reserving direct, and the deposit policy is listed beside each rate online or confirmed by Guest Services.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate booked. Flexible rates require cancellation prior to 72 hours of arrival for full deposit refund; cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Non-refundable rates require full payment at booking and do not allow refunds or credits if canceled or changed. Long-term rates offer full deposit refund up to 30 days prior to arrival; cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the first month’s deposit. For bookings via third-party travel agents, guests must refer to their booking provider’s policies.

Early check-ins can be requested through Guest Services on the arrival day (by phone, email or through the contactless check-in app). There is a $50 + tax charge for early check-in, and approval depends on availability.

Not all Guest Room Suites offer air conditioning. All 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom suites do have AC. Guests requiring AC in a Guest Room Suite should request this option when booking.

Not at the resort. However, there is an EV charging station approximately 1 km away in front of the Radium Hot Springs Centre on Stanley Street.

Pets are not allowed on the resort grounds or in the units, with the exception of certified companion or guide dogs. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 deep-cleaning fee.

Pricing is based on occupancy: Queen Guest Room & 1-Bedroom Suites are based on double occupancy; 2-Bedroom Suites, 2-Bedroom Townhomes & 1-Bedroom Loft Suites are based on triple occupancy; 3-Bedroom Suites, 3-Bedroom Townhomes & 2-Bedroom Loft Suites are based on quad occupancy. Additional guests beyond listed occupancy are charged $25 + tax per night (children 17 & under excluded).

What happens if I damage the suite?

Each vacation-rental suite is privately owned. Renters are liable for any missing or damaged items, and replacement costs will be charged to the credit card on the reservation.
