FAQ'S FOR TEAMS:
1. Can each guest book their own room? Yes, each guest can book their own room separately from the group block once we have a signed agreement in place.
2. Is a group code provided? Yes, a group code will be provided after the agreement is signed. Guests can then contact the resort directly to make their reservations using the code.
3. Do we pay for unused rooms? No, you will not be charged for unused rooms if you inform us in advance and request the release of any held rooms before the cut-off date.
4. Is a room release date possible, or can rooms be held? Yes, a release date is possible. Rooms are held for your group based on the signed agreement, with a standard release date set 45 days prior to the group’s arrival.
5. Is there a meeting room available on site? Yes, a meeting room is available on site, subject to availability. Rates start as low as $300 per day, and based on room night production and group dates, we may be able to offer it complimentary.
6. Is there bus parking available? Yes, we offer on-site space for bus parking. If you’re planning a group visit, we recommend contacting our team in advance to ensure availability and make any necessary arrangements.
TEAM TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All teams are required to sign a Group Accommodation Agreement to receive discounted team rates.
- For the enjoyment of all our guests, we ask that everyone be respectful with noise levels. There will be a 3-strike rule implemented for all teams.
- Teams are responsible for any damages incurred to suites or any other resort property. This includes noise damage and extra cleaning in the event a suite is left in unwarranted disarray.
