Wi-Fi Connection Quick Start Guide
We are proud to offer complete Wi-Fi Internet access to all our valued guests. Please note that our complimentary access speed is set to 10.1 Mbps
- To connect to the Wi-Fi network, open your devices wireless connection utility.
- Look for and select “Bighorn Meadows Wi-Fi” in the list of available wireless networks and choose connect to the wireless network.
- Next, enter the password BookDirectSave
Tip: open your web browser; Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome, Opera, Safari or other browser and the first webpage you will see should be the welcome web page requiring you to agree to the terms of service by clicking continue, from there your browser will be directed to our website. From there you are able to open any additional pages and use the internet as you do at home. If you do not see this page please try to go to another webpage you do not typically visit as your browser may be caching its start or opening page. Try www.truekey.ca as an example.
If you experience any technical difficulties with your Wi-Fi connection, please contact Four Bars or Better’s technical support line at 1-888-299-8918. Please be advised that support is by callback only, leave a message with your name and phone number, room number, and facility location and they will call you back promptly.

After Hours
Please call 250-688-4000 should you have concerns with after-hours noise or other disturbances. Emergency services can be reached by dialing 911.
Please note, you must enter ‘9’ first to call out from your in-room phone.
Quiet Time - 11:00 pm
It is important to us that you and other guests enjoy your stay and are not kept awake unnecessarily. Please refrain from running your dishwasher, washer or dryer after 11:00 pm and before 7:00 am. Please be sure to notify Guest Services if you are being disturbed so we can address the problem quickly and effectively at the time.
Pets & Smoking
We are a pet free and smoke free Resort (ALL Units are smoke free). Significant financial penalties will be levied if not respected. Cannabis smoking is prohibited in ALL areas of the Resort property. A charge will be incurred if you are discovered smoking cannabis in one of suites or ANYWHERE on the Resort. Tobacco smoking is permitted in these three locations:
- Next to the garbage building across from the 400 building.
- Next to the garbage building across from the 700 building.
- Next to the garbage building in front of the townhomes.
Housekeeping
Please note that daily housekeeping is not provided. Should you require a mid-stay clean or other services, please contact our Guest Services Agents for available services and applicable rates. Additional boxes of Tide and Bounce are $1.00 + tax. All other amenities can be replenished at no charge for nightly paying guests. Stop by the Welcome Centre for restocking. Due to supply chain issues some amenities may be unavailable or have limited quantities.

Unit Keys
Hold your key up to the lock and there will be a green light flash. You will then hear your door unlock. Once inside your room, lock the dead bolt from the inside. When leaving your suite, your door will lock automatically behind you. Please ensure you keep your room key on you at all times.
Please keep your keys secure; there is an $6 charge for red fobs or key cards not returned at checkout.
Hot Tub & Pool Hours
Our two Hot Tubs are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.
The Outdoor Pool is open from May long weekend until Thanksgiving long weekend from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.

Movies, Books & Games
Books and games are complimentary at our Welcome Centre. DVD’s can be rented for $2:00 + tax per movie and are due back the following day. Please note there is no in suite movie rental available on the TV or through the cable service. All movies need to rented at the Welcome Centre.
Colouring Contest
Do you have children under 12 joining you during your stay? Make sure to ask us about our free children’s Activity Book. Every book filled out and returned is entered into a monthly draw to win a True Key custom miniature log house building kit!
Check Out Procedures
Check out time is 10:00 am on your departure date. Please checkout with guest services at the Welcome Centre.
If checking-out prior to our office being open, we ask that you clear all charges the night prior to your departure and advise the front desk that you will be leaving before the office is open in the morning.
Guests are responsible for removing their own garbage. Garbage and recycling can be placed in the receptacles in the garbage buildings across from the 400 building and next to the 700 building. All recycling is donated to the Radium fire hall. Proceeds go to the fireworks for Radium Hot Springs birthday, December 31st.
Please make sure all dishes are washed. If your unit has a dishwasher, please load the dirty dishes and start the dishwasher before checking out.
Your keys can be returned to the key drop bin located in the welcome center. We hope to welcome you again!
